Originally from Brisbane, Australia, Madelyne relocated to France in 2019 and has since continued her international career spanning financial services, sales and operations management. In 2026, she proudly became a French citizen, making her a dual Australian and French national.
With extensive experience leading and developing teams across the finance, sales and tourism industries, Madelyne has built a reputation for creating efficient processes, delivering exceptional client service, and driving operational excellence. Her people-focused approach, combined with a passion for continuous improvement, enables her to streamline complex administrative, compliance and operational functions while supporting both clients and colleagues.
Madelyne joined Harrison Brook in 2023 and now serves as Head of Client Services & Administration, where she oversees the client services function, operational processes and regulatory administration, ensuring clients receive a seamless and high-quality experience throughout their financial planning journey.
Committed to continuous professional development, Madelyne completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with the Australian Institute of Business in 2025, further strengthening her expertise in leadership, strategy and organisational management.
